iRevo Warranty Policy

iRevo provides 1 Year of Repair/Replacement warranty for iRevo Smart Devices. The power adapter and accessories (such as Air Mouse) supplied with the iRevo device carries 3 months repair/replacement warranty. This is applicable from the date of the customer purchase of the iRevo product. Customer has to directly contact iRevo to avail the Warranty.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: Defects, failures, damages or performance limitations caused in whole or in part by (A) Power surges causing burn out of AC adapter or Main PCBA, Physical Damages, Water Damage, Direct Exposure to Heat / Sun-light, Lightening, highly corrosive environments, and like causes OR (B) customers abuse, mishandling, un-intended use, misuse, negligence, improper storage, un-authorized servicing or operation, or attempts to open or repair or alter the equipment in any way.
